Uprise is a digital wellbeing platform for employees of SMEs throughout Australia.
How might we improve the onboarding experience so that users of Uprise can make the most of what the platform has to offer?
My role focussed on:
- Desktop, qualitative and competitor research
- Analysis of data (e.g. heuristic analysis, affinity mapping and forming insights)
- Creating a lean persona
- Ideation, information architecture (IA), wireframing and high fidelity prototyping (Figma)
- Writing scripts for user interviews and testing
- Conducting usability testing
