How might we improve the onboarding experience so that users of Uprise can make the most of what the platform has to offer?

The Process


My role focussed on:

  • Desktop, qualitative and competitor research
  • Analysis of data (e.g. heuristic analysis, affinity mapping and forming insights)
  • Creating a lean persona
  • Ideation, information architecture (IA), wireframing and high fidelity prototyping (Figma)
  • Writing scripts for user interviews and testing
  • Conducting usability testing
